Shipping & Delivery

We ship via UPS, USPS for shipping all products. Shipping carrier may vary depending on order purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on all shipments made through ground shipping. Purchases made usually ship next business day. Priority shipping is not available to all areas. To check for availability for priority shipping, please call customer service.

WWB will not be liable for any damages or defects caused to your watch..

WWB does not pay or reimburse return shipping cost.  All returns are responsibility of buyers  regardless of the reason.  All returns must be in the original packaging for returns to be accepted.  You must contact us by email for an RMA number in order for your return to be accepted.  All packages sent to us without RMA# will be refused and must be reshipped at the cost of the customer.

All orders being shipped to Canada are liable for Canada GST Tax of 5% and a 6.5% Customs Fee.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please check with our customer service department by email to find other options of shipping.

Returns & Refunds

30 Day Return Policy on all products. All original packaging and materials must be returned to receive full refund, otherwise restocking fees will apply.
Free Shipping is via 1st class mail or UPS Ground.
